The Education Machine

The Education Machine examines education as a system of calibration, where knowledge is segmented, behaviour measured, and learning continuously redirected through feedback. Rather than treating technology as an external tool, the exhibition considers how machinic logic enters the organisation of attention, error, rhythm and expectation. As interfaces become more adaptive and feedback more immediate, the learner appears increasingly autonomous while moving through paths that have already been structured in advance. The exhibition asks what forms of uncertainty, deviation and unproductive time disappear when learning becomes optimised—and whether education can still preserve the possibility of getting lost.
